Refund policy

Delivery:
• Items will be arranged dispatching within 24 hours upon payment clearance during business days (except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays). Unless there is an exception, you will be notified immediately via e-mail of any delays.
• We use Royal Mail 24hr tracked service to ship our orders which usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive.
• Items will be dispatched to the buyer’s address provided with the order. Please do confirm whether your address is correct or not before you do the payment.
• Please kindly be patient to wait, for any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by eBay messages. We will answer or help you to solve the problems as soon as we can.

Refund:
All the refunds are processed within 4 to 5 working days.
Returns:
We offer 14 days returns policy, our postage is free to all our customers who keep our goods. If you want to return the item for a replacement or refund, £4.50 admin and packaging costs (direct cost) will be deducted before a refund or a swap. Unwanted items must be returned, unopened in original retail packaging and the seal must be intact (where appropriate). If a sealed item or accessories are opened, we will not refund unless the product is faulty. Return postage must be paid for by the customer unless an item is faulty. We can’t be held responsible for your return item if it is lost in the post nor we will refund until we get the item back.

Returns/Refunds:

It is recipients responsibility to check and test all goods after receiving. In case of any faulty items you must report this matter to us within 2 days of delivery due to nature of goods. Any issue’s reported beyond this period will not be entertained.
